No card is required to start the free trial. After the trial ends, you may upgrade to the paid membership at $9.99/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
All content, features, and functionality on the bizfund.llc platform are the exclusive property of Steven Lawrence LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Steven Lawrence LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Steven Lawrence LLC may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
Steven Lawrence LLC, operators of the bizfund.llc platform, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chatham County, Georgia.
